- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@drifterriders.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide, but full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is only provided for these specific countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Please be advised — for orders shipping to Iceland, the receiver will incur a charge of $10.35 USD to receive their order.

- Ship time ranges from 1-4 weeks depending on proximity to Detroit, MI & the destination country’s policies related to international shipments in the wake of COVID-19. Due to the rapidly changing international shipping landscape as related to COVID-19, international transit times may be extended.

PRODUCT PACKAGING
The packaging we use to keep your orders safe in transit varies from product to product. Products that are more fragile may need more protective packaging than more durable products. Some products may even need to ship separately from other items in an order in order to ensure they arrive safely to your customers. Below, you’ll find photos & other useful information about each of our packaging types.
Poly-Mailer Bags:

- Apparel
- Towels
- Blankets
- Pillows
- Bags
- Flip Flops
- Wall Flags
- Hats (hats are shipped with an inflated air pillow in the crown of the hat to avoid damage in transit)
- Smaller multi-piece orders
- Within multi-piece orders, products not listed above will be placed in their product-specific packaging prior to consolidation
Cardboard Box
Products that use this packaging:
- Larger multi-piece orders that are unable to fit in a poly mailer bag
- All products with individual packaging will be placed in their product-specific packaging prior to consolidation
- “Single Ship” items (posters, canvas, & pillows) will not be consolidated
- Box dimensions will vary based on the size of the order
