Kawasaki Drifter 1500 - Seat Bracket!

Hey there, fellow riders! Looking for a seat bracket for your Kawasaki Vulcan Drifter 1500? You’re not alone! Unfortunately, finding a seat bracket for your Drifter can be a real challenge and many of our members find themselves looking online for 1500 Drifter seat brackets either because they lost theirs or don’t have the brackets or even worse…they purchased a seat without one. But fear not, fellow riders, because we’ve got a solution for you.

We’ve taken matters into our own hands and created a template that our fellow Drifter riders can use to make their own brackets.

We know that finding Drifter seat brackets online can be a real pain in the ass. It seems like nobody has them in stock, and even when you do find them, they’re often overpriced. That’s why we decided to take matters into our own hands and create a template that anyone can use to make their own brackets.

Now, we’re not saying that this is an easy project. It’s going to take some time and effort to get those brackets just right. But we believe that every Drifter rider deserves to have a DIY just in case. So, we’ve put together a step-by-step guide to help you create your own brackets using our template.

First, you’ll need to gather the necessary materials. This includes a piece of metal or aluminum, a drill, a saw, and some nuts and bolts. You’ll also need to print out our template, which you can find on our website or by clocking the image below [Please keep in mind that you need to produce the exact measurement provided on the template].

Once you have everything you need, it’s time to get to work. Start by tracing the template onto your metal or aluminum, and then cut out the shape using your cutting tool of preference. Next, drill the necessary holes in the brackets, and then attach them to your seat using the nuts and bolts and last but not least, carefully bend a 90 degree angle as shown on the picture below.

You can proudly tell your fellow Drifter riders that you made your own seat brackets, and they’ll be impressed by your mechanical skills, you’re welcome! 😉

In conclusion, we know how frustrating it can be to find 1500 Drifter seat brackets online. With a little bit of effort and some elbow grease, you too can have a comfortable and secure seat on your Kawasaki Vulcan Drifter. Keep on ridin’, folks!
